ROCKY FLATLANDS AND SPRING WATER LAKES

Terrain - Occasional bushes dotted upon this grassy and flat landscape. Small colourful flowers grow wild amongst the turf. Average size pools of fresh spring water fed by underground sources appear in abundance through this area. One of the few areas of natural beauty so close to the west realm.

Sources - By far the purest water in the whole realm is found here. Petals of various flowers can be used to make various refreshing drinks and food flavourings.

Wildlife - Harmless insects and small amphibious freshwater creatures such as frogs and newts.


DRAGONSMEET AND THE STATIC LANDS

Terrain - Lush turf area and soft hills featuring a natural, low rounded plateau. This has become the famous meeting places of the dragons. The static lands have a draining power and all forms of magic are useless whilst within the territories boundaries.

Wildlife - Small mammals such as mice and rats.


VALLEYS OF EXOTIC FLORA

Terrain - A steep sided granite rock valley runs through this territory from the Eastern Deadlands to the Dark Enchanted Forest. The area is not crossable by any other way as the hillsides either side of the valley are far too steep for non-flying creatures. The valleys themselves are full of large and exotic carnivorous flora.

Sources - Various flora supplies clerical and druidic herbs, roots and petals.

Wildlife- Occasional beasts of numerous kinds wander into this valley. Unfortunately they never return.


GRAMAYRE AND THE STATIC LANDS

Terrain - Sandy flatlands with small bushes and trees dotted across its surface. The main feature is the monumental flat plateau of rock that dominates its centre and can be seen from many miles away. The rock has steps cut into its sides at all 4 compass points. Many strange unrecognisable inscriptions are curved into the flat plateaus surface. The static lands have a draining power and all forms of magic are useless whilst within the territories boundaries.

Wildlife- Small non-hazardous brightly coloured lizards dominate the wildlife of this territory feeding off the insects.


POPPY FIELDS AND THE CITY OF DEFIANCE

Terrain - A city of monstrous size dominates much of this territory. Its north and south walls are tall and sheer featuring no windows and stonework that has been amazingly polished to a fine smoothness. Its west border features extremely heavy battlements, which is most likely some, kind of a defensive hint that this city was in constant war with the west. Its eastern borders are slightly less defended although its walls are still sheer. The land beyond the walls features huge fields of bright red poppies in the spring and summertime.

Wildlife - Domesticated beasts of every kind.


TERRAIN OF MASSIVE FUNGUS GROWTH

Terrain - Fairly rough rocky grounds featuring extremely large alien looking fungus. Some of these fungi grow to 20 foot high and the diameter of the head of the fungi is as large as 25 foot.

Sources - When dried out the fungus is highly flammable when a simple spark is bought near to it. A useful tool for the starting of fires in windy or wet conditions.

Wildlife- A strange beast known as a Sigar inhabits this area using the fungi as its main source of food. The Sigar is a bright blue disc shaped arachnid varying in diameter from 1 foot to 3 foot. Its eyes are sunken holes in the centre of the disc shaped shell. A fairly non-hazardous creature but prone to attack in swarms when threatened causing toxic bites that have been proven to need emergency medical attention within 24 hours before rigormortis and death takes the victim.


CRYSTAL OUTCROPS

Terrain - Relatively flat ground. The soil looks extremely rich but no flora, tree or turf grows here. From the ground erupt huge crops of clear crystal points, some reaching heights of at least 40 foot.

Wildlife - No wildlife found. Reports of strange wraith like creatures living amongst the crystal crops. Knowledge of these creatures is minimal and no one has managed to captivate, destroy or learn more of them. Generally they are acknowledged within the realm with a great deal of caution.


A CALM LAKE

Terrain - Lush grassy area featuring a large still and magical lake which shows the reflection of the real you and what your dreams is in its centre surround by various types of reed.

Sources - Fish. Edible Waterfowl. Clean Water. Some reeds are used in the more primitive settlements as roofing fabric.

Wildlife - General waterfowl, fish and various insects.


THE CENTRE FIELDS AND ANCIENT BATTLEGROUND

Terrain - Flat plains of rough patchy grass with the occasional stone structure fallen in ruins.

Sources - No sources found

Wildlife - Small mammals such as rats and packs of wild scavenger dogs.


WESTERN FOOTHILLS AND MINERS VILLAGE

Terrain - Smooth hillsides of grass that break into craggy rock at the tips of the foothills. Basic stone single story buildings with reed or thatched straw roofs. 2 Large mineshafts in the base of the foothills.

Sources - Various metal ores available from the mines. Sheep & Goats

Wildlife - Domesticated sheep and goats are bred and wander the base of the foothills freely.


FINHOLS DESERT AND OASIS

Terrain - Soft rolling hills of sand with a large oasis dominating the territories centre.

Sources - No sources found.

Wildlife - Small animals and birds frequent the oasis. A few reports of a white clothed man have been sighted wandering the desert. None have any knowledge of this mysterious person but in stories he is known as Finhol.


THE HORSELANDS

Terrain - Flat plains of thick springy grass with frequent small watering holes.

Wildlife - Horses and small mammals.
